The KCK Chamber is honored to welcome Greg Kindle, President of the Wyandotte Economic Development Council to our August installation of Congressional Forum.
Congressional Forum is the Chamber's public policy series featuring local, state and federal representatives to speak about issues relevant to the area's business community.
Bio:
Greg has over 20 years of experience in community and economic development, primarily in the Kansas City market.
Greg has served as the President of the Wyandotte Economic Development Council since 2011 and administers programs focused on business recruitment, business retention, marketing and workforce solutions. Greg and the WYEDC team identify ways in which to attract the right businesses for specific locations, retain the companies already located in the county, grow businesses through a variety of traditional and new approaches to economic development and identify strategies for long-term community growth, with the focus of establishing long-term relationships.
His unique background in economic development is beneficial to assisting Wyandotte County’s continued successful economic transformation that has resulted in more than $2 billion in announced investments in the last three years.
