Bio: Brian Faros is chief information officer (CIO) and vice president of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. In this role, Brian oversees the Bank’s application delivery services area, focusing on solution delivery, enterprise architecture, user experience, and technology operations. Before joining the Bank, he served as Director of Information Systems for U.S. Central Federal Credit Union, and prior to that, held various leadership roles at Sprint and HNTB. As a leader, Brian is keenly interested in developing teams that are focused on advancing meaningful business missions through the effective and efficient deployment of innovative technology. Brian has spent his entire 20 year career in technology and holds B.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering from the University of Missouri.
