Commissioner Angela Markley is hosting a Ribbon Cutting at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 22 to celebrate the completion of new sidewalks, curbs and lighting improvements to Turner Community Walking Park. The location is 42nd and Shawnee, across from Matney Park and near the Junction Elementary School.
